1. Introduction
The privacy of visitors to our website is very important to us (“SoCity” or “the Company”), and we are committed to protecting it. This policy explains what personal details and identifying data of users are processed on this site, across all its assets and pages under the domain Socity.co.il (hereinafter collectively: “the Website”), how they are used, with which third parties they are shared, and what rights the Company’s users and customers have regarding the information.
This policy is updated as of January 2, 2026, and is adapted to Amendment 13 of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.

- Information about assets purchased by you as a Company customer and managed by it, including asset details and budget details, transaction amounts, and payment dates if applicable – which is necessary for tracking and managing transactions and assets;

- Information about the use of third-party platforms linked to us, provided you have agreed to their terms of use – which is necessary for analyzing your usage patterns of assets and systems used by the Company that affect customer experience;
- Security camera footage during physical meetings at the Company’s offices – which are necessary for security purposes;
- Recordings of online conversations and phone calls conducted with you, provided you have consented to mailings and contact from the Company – which are necessary for security purposes, monitoring and ensuring customer experience, and are available to you upon request;
- Any other type of personal details you send to the Company.
Serious Warning: There is an absolute prohibition against disclosing personal details of another person without obtaining their consent in advance. Providing any identifying detail about another person without their consent to share and process personal information constitutes a criminal offense and is beyond our control. The Company is committed to protecting users’ details and reserves the right to report any violation of this section to the authorities – even if this involves disclosure of the personal information of the violator.

5. How We Collect Information
For the purpose of providing services by the Company, we collect information about Website users and service recipients from the Company in one of the following ways:
5.1 Personal Information Provided by Users Proactively:
During use of the Website, you may enter and provide the Company with personal information about yourself by leaving details on the Website, through email inquiries, WhatsApp, or through various social networks – whether for the purpose of receiving updates on certain topics, to schedule a meeting, or to receive a service, including purchasing a product or service provided by the Company. This data may include your name, your contact details, and the content of your inquiries.
When contacting us, whether by phone, physically, or electronically, you will likely provide the Company with data and personal information stored in the Company’s database in the form of written, photographed, or recorded documentation. The data and information are kept for tracking, control, supervision, and service quality improvement purposes.
5.2 Data Collected During Visits to Company Offices:
Data collected during visits to the Company’s offices – if such is scheduled. During the visit, recordings from security cameras distributed in public areas at the Company’s offices will be collected.
Meeting data – including the meeting date, meeting attendance status, meeting results, and documentation will be stored in the Company’s databases for the purpose of providing and improving the service by the Company.
Personal data such as name, phone number, email, ID number, vehicle number, and other details relevant to the meeting subject, coordination for its execution, and provision of services by the Company.
Photos, videos, and voice recordings that will be collected with your explicit approval, which will be used by the Company for advertising and documentation purposes in advertising campaigns, presentations, the Company’s website, and more. It is clarified that you are not obligated to authorize the Company to collect and use such information, and this is subject to your sole discretion. All provisions of this policy will apply to this section, including your rights to the information.
5.3 Data Generated During Engagement with the Company:
When entering into a contract with the Company, particularly sensitive personal details about you will be collected. These details may include, among other things, information about privacy and family, information about origin, information about criminal history, information about salary data, investment budgets and financial activity in the past and present, residential address, ID photo, and additional information that is confidential and you may have disclosed to the Company during the engagement period.
5.4 Data and Information Generated During Use of the Company’s Website:
Data about your browsing device and your use of the Website that will be collected about you as online identifying information, which is accumulated both as statistical information and as personal information identified with your personal use of the Website. The Company uses this information to improve user experience on the Website and to customize your personal customer experience. See below for use of cookies.
5.5 Data and Information Generated During Use of Third-Party Platforms:
When using third-party platforms related to the Company, personal information and usage data may be collected about you, including among other things, viewing data, page transition data, dwell times, geographic location, email address, phone number, and more. The data is personal, and the Company processes it to better understand its customer experience and provide service tailored to the personal needs of users like you. Third-party platforms include the Company’s video and podcast platforms published on YouTube, Spotify, and other media platforms, the Company’s presentations published through Canva, social networks such as Facebook and Instagram, mailing platforms such as email and WhatsApp, and more. When using these platforms, you are asked to approve your consent to their privacy policy, and the Company has no connection to these external platforms’ use of the data.
5.6 Data Generated When Applying for a Position at the Company:
When contacting the Company in response to a job posting published on the Website and online generally, information such as identifying details, contact details, information about professional training, CV, information about education, information about social, economic, and cultural characteristics, recommendation letters, and additional information that may be relevant for examining candidacy for the relevant position will be collected. The Company reserves the right to keep the information in its databases for the time period permitted by law, subject to legal provisions.
6. User and Customer Rights
6.1 Right to Access Personal Information
Every person is entitled to view, personally or through their representative (authorized in writing as a guardian), the personal information held about them in the Company’s database, subject to identification using accepted identification means (including copies of official documents, notary confirmation, etc.) that the Company may require from time to time at its sole discretion.
6.2 Right to Request Correction and/or Deletion of Personal Information
A user who has viewed their personal information and found it to be inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated may contact the Company with a request to correct or delete it completely.
Additionally, a user may request to delete their personal information if they believe the information was created, received, accumulated, collected, or processed contrary to legal provisions, or that continued use of it is contrary to legal provisions.
The Company may refuse a request to correct or delete personal information at its discretion, as long as the law permits.
7. Transfer/Sharing of Information
The Company may transfer, on a routine basis or from time to time, information collected about you, as detailed above, to third parties, including transfer of information outside the borders of Israel, for the purpose of fulfilling the purposes for which the information was collected as detailed above.
This includes the Company may transfer information in the following cases and to the following parties:
- In the context of its activity with third parties to complete a requested action or when required for operating services and arranging registration of ownership of assets purchased through the Company, such as to a third-party attorney representing the Company, the Land Registry, Income Tax, and any other party involved in a transaction you entered into with the Company;
- In the context of outsourcing Company activities to third parties and receiving services from various suppliers, including but not limited to subcontractors, computing, communication and operation services, cloud computing and data processing services, mailing, marketing and automation services, and artificial intelligence service providers. - Sharing or processing information through dedicated systems for data analysis, drawing conclusions, and contacting customers – essential for conducting the Company’s business and improving user experience, including systems such as: Make, Manychat, WhatsApp, Green API, Smoove, VWO, Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Google Data Studio, Monday.com, and others;
- If required to do so by law, including foreign law, Israeli Income Tax instructions, court order, or instruction from a competent authority;
- To other customers organized in a partnership agreement to which the Company is a party, insofar as the information is necessary for performing essential operations within the Company’s field of activity;
- To a new or other corporation if the Company reorganizes its activity within another corporate framework, as well as in case it merges with another entity or merges into it the activity of a third party;
- To additional parties subject to your consent.
8. Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools and Large Language Models (LLMs)
8.1 Information Processing
For the purpose of processing and analyzing your personal information by the Company, use may be made of artificial intelligence tools and large language models (LLM) such as: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Perplexity, and others. The use of these tools enables the Company to efficiently analyze data, extract insights, automate processes, optimize business processes, improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and personalize offers and messages.
8.2 Additional Uses
An additional use the Company may make of artificial intelligence systems is for creating new content, including content in human language, including texts, images, videos, and more.

The Company commits to using these technologies responsibly, while maintaining user privacy and avoiding bias or discrimination.
9. Cookies and Technologies for Online Data Collection
The Company uses various technologies such as cookie files and collection, analysis, and marketing tools as detailed below:
- The Company’s website uses cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies. These technologies are sent to the device from which you browse and automatically store various information files on it about your use of the services, such as IP address, domain name, device location and characteristics, connection dates and duration, and more. These technologies will hereinafter be referred to collectively as “Cookies”;

The Company also uses Google Display Network impressions reporting as well as demographic and interest reporting in Analytics. Additionally, Facebook Pixel is used – for targeted advertising purposes on media networks;
- In operating these tools, the companies providing the tools (including Google, Taboola, Outbrain, and Facebook) – use their own Cookies and collect through them information such as your IP address, unique identifiers for the device from which you browse and its characteristics, your activity, the pages you viewed, and more. The Cookies may enable them to identify your device even after leaving the Company’s website. The information collected by them may be stored in the companies’ databases outside Israel;
- Additionally, the Company uses platforms for managing accessibility (Enable) and Cookie policy on the Website (Cookiebot), which includes embedding a Cookie on the Website. The purpose of these services is to enable accessibility of Website content for people with disabilities in a convenient and efficient manner and to allow each user to independently, easily, and efficiently manage their consent to the collection and processing of Cookies by the Company from the Company’s website;
